Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, customers must record a complete unboxing video before opening the package. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the unboxing video will be required as proof for verification.

To initiate a return request, please email your unboxing video along with your order details to contact@bondwhite.com. Once our team verifies the issue, your return request will be approved.

Please note:

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• A ₹100 Return & Refund Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Once the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 to 6 working days.

Bond White reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
